Refund: Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to Aquarium and Pet Warehouse for an exchange of product or refund of the product purchase price. Postage and handling costs are not refundable, and additional shipping and handling costs will be incurred in sending the exchanged item. Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can provide you with instructions on how to do so. Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing they are returned in their original unopened state and are fit for resale within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt and an explanation as to why goods are being returned. Faulty or defective products: Faulty or defective products that have been used according to the manufacturers instructions will be eligible for an exchange or if in the case of an exchange being unavailable – a refund of the purchase price including postage and handling costs. Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing they are returned to us within 90 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt and an explanation as to why goods are being returned. Many of our products also carry an additional manufacturers warranty, details on these warranties and their conditions will be provided with the goods purchased. |
